Need a Free Golf Lesson?
Tuesday, July 27th, 2010You’ve been having all sorts of problems trying to hit your drive straight. Your friends have been telling you to open your stance, change your grip, bend your knees and keep your elbow straight. They’ve totally confused you.
Well the next time you go to the driving range and get a bucket of balls, ask the attendant if there is a golf pro that might be able to give you a few tips. Most ranges do have a golf pro, or at least somebody very proficient in golf, that would be more than happy to help a fellow golfer out. Now, they might not give you a half hour lesson (maybe they will) for free, but they can at least get you pointed in the right direction.
Take Advantage of an Online Golf Lesson
Monday, June 21st, 2010Since most of us who take up the game of golf aren’t pro golfers, it’s difficult to carve out the time needed to really improve our game. In reality, where we want one-on-one instruction, it’s hard enough to fit in an actual game without also trying to find time to drive out to see a golf pro and take a lesson.
But, there is another way.
Taking an online golf lesson can improve your game and fit into whatever your schedule might be. You could even be on the road, or relaxing at home, still fitting in a golf lesson to improve your swing.
The advantages of an online golf lesson are great for those of us with limited time.
Seeking Golf Help
Monday, May 10th, 2010Proper golf help is critical for the novice golfer. It helps to establish good habits that will serve you well as you make the journey from the novice to experienced player. However, when first starting out, it can be difficult to know where to turn for golf help. For starters, don’t assume that advice from friends is good advice just because they golf better than you do. I golfed well for several years with some bad habits ingrained in my game. If you can afford it, start seeking golf help from a golf pro through lessons. The pro is also an excellent resource that you can use to filter all other the information that you come by through friends, books, videos, etc.
Golf Swing Mechanics
Thursday, March 11th, 2010Golf is an excellent sport which can be played by anyone of any age. To become a good golfer, you need to spend many hours playing on the course and practicing both your putting technique as well as your golf swing mechanics. To learn proper golf swing mechanics, it would be best to take a private lesson from a golf pro.
When getting a private lesson from a golf pro, the first thing the pro will be is analyze your golf swing mechanics. They will look at how you are standing, whether your shoulders are square, whether you keep your head down, and how hard you are swinging. After analyzing your swing, the golf pro will be able to give you advice on how you can improve your golf swing.
